You can use your own original text and image to make this a very personalised gift for someone that has that special place in your heart.
We will give our customers the best resolution or
clarity of picture but this depends on image supplied.
First mock up is free but a small charge may apply at the
discretion of the seller if continued changes.
Personalised Information Required:
- The image you want to appear on the mug - jpg file 200dpi
- The text that you want to have designed around image
- The colour you prefer in the inner side of the mug
Simple Steps Once You Win The Bid:
- Respond with your payment details and any relevant information
- Submit your image and text to my email
- Advise your method of payment & confirm address details
- Indicate whether you prefer image facing away from you
- If not indicated, the mug will be made facing you holding with right hand
- A mock up or a proof will be sent for your approval
- Give your comments & final approval on mock up
- Confirmation that your payment received and item has been posted
Your prompt payment within 3 days will be expected.
